Established in Istanbul in 2006, Dinamo Consulting Ltd., along with Dinamo Consulting Inc., incorporated in Toronto in 2016, offers a wide range of financial consulting services on an international scale. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, public-private partnership (PPP) projects, financial modelling and feasibility, advanced pricing techniques, company valuation, and leasing, Dinamo provides services ranging from financial analysis to reporting.

Financial models can also be created in accordance with the internationally recognized FAST (Flexible, Appropriate, Structured, Transparent) standard, which is often required by banks and investors.
