Gökay ORHUN began his professional career as a Business Operations Supervisor at the Istanbul Military Academy Command Support Services Unit. He then transitioned to the private sector, serving as General Coordinator responsible for project management in various corporate companies, including Nurol, Sinpaş, Teknik Yapı, Vodafone, and BAT. Over the years, as an independent professional, he successfully completed large-scale projects in public and private sector contracting and sales dealership operations.

Later, he held senior positions such as Operations Manager, General Manager, and Board and Executive Committee Member in industrial zones and industrial cooperatives. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in business management, budget management, financial investment processes, procurement, project management, and engineering.

He continues to provide investment and management consultancy services, particularly in industrial zones and for investors in the construction, energy, environment and recycling, mining, heavy industry, and manufacturing sectors. Additionally, he specializes in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), project finance, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), leasing, and financial modeling, offering consultancy and engineering services.

Regarding his educational background, he has received training in global markets and international marketing strategies, product positioning in the EU market, commercial intelligence channels, international marketing strategies and management, R&D and innovation, as well as EU and international relations.
