Fatih Kuran began his career in 1991 as a Management Trainee in the Credit Marketing Department at Yapı Kredi Bank. He then held executive roles, including Regional Group Manager at Garanti Leasing, Sales Manager at Heidelberg Offset Printing Machines, Deputy General Manager responsible for Credit Marketing at İktisat Leasing, and General Manager at Meksa Leasing.

He continues his career as a consultant in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Project Finance, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Leasing, and Financial Modeling, advising banks, leasing companies, industry associations, and manufacturing firms. He also has extensive experience in financial management strategies, investment finance, and corporate finance. Fatih Kuran is also the co-founder of MANDATR (www.mandatr.com), Türkiye’s first and only M&A platform. 

He is a regular speaker at national and international conferences and has published articles on M&A, project finance, PPP, and leasing in various local and international media outlets. He is also the author of the book Girişim Yolculuğu

As the founder of Dinamo Consulting, Fatih Kuran completed his education at Kabataş Erkek Lisesi, Middle East Technical University (METU) in Mechanical Engineering, Istanbul University Institute of Business Economics in International Business, a Master’s in Finance at Penn State University, and the Project Appraisal and Risk Management (PARM) Program at Duke University.
