Bülent has more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector spanning Turkey, Romania, and the Middle East- Dubai, within Internal Audit, Operations, Financial Affairs, Business Development, and CIB Services. He has worked for institutions such as Türkbank, Kentbank, Universal Holding, Emlakbank, Romanian International Bank, and MASCS. He worked as an Internal Auditor, CAE, CFO, COO, EVP and also held memberships at Executive Committees in addition to the mentioned positions at these institutions.

He managed organizations working with more than 300 people and also led budgets of over 1 billion USD per year. He has various consultancy experiences which have closed with successful capabilities. His last assignment before his current position was to launch & manage the MASCS’s operations in Turkey successfully. Bülent was responsible for bringing MASCS’s various business lines to Turkey, including Commercial&Private Banking, Corporate&InvestmentBanking, Asset Management, Real Estate, Trust & Corporate Services.

Bülent has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Yılka Teknoloji, a company supplier of commercial vehicle products for automotive OEM firms in Turkey, and as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at TDG Technology Development Group Turkey. Since 2015, he has been serving at Dinamo Consulting. He is also the co-founder of MANDATR (www.mandatr.com), Türkiye’s first and only M&A platform.
