He served as General Manager & Group Chief Technical Officer & Executive Board Member at CMS Group Light Alloy Wheels, Director of Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering at Bosch Group, Bosch Rexroth, Project Leader & Production Coordinator, Outsourcing & Relocation at Bosch Group, Bosch Powertrain. In 2021, he founded StraPar Global Consultancy, which provides consultancy services on M&A, GI, BI, JV, and General Management.
